My favorite animals are dogs and cats. Dogs and cats have a lot of kinds. There are very popular animals as pet in Japan. I have a dog. She is miniature dachshund. The dachshund is from Germany. They have a long body, long ears and very short legs. My dog’s name is Lana. She has brown hair. When I was in 6th year of junior high school I had her. She is 10 years old this year. My neighbor has a dog, too. Lana is shy, so she doesn't friendly neighbor dog. But neighbor dog likes Lana. Lana is very cute. So he always approaches her when she goes to take a walk. But Lana is unwilling to approaches by him. He is younger than Lana. Lana likes my family. And she is an animal what feels lonesome easily. When someone of family came home, she always jumping meets. That time, I say “I’m home” to Lana first time of my family. She makes smile to me and my family. We love Lana. Recently, I’m busy. So I couldn’t take a walk with Lana. So I’m going to take a walk together her next holiday. My grand mother has cat. Her name is mi-. She is old woman. She was found by my grand father. She is mix. She has orange and white hair. She is fat such a ball. My grand mother makes a pet of mi-. And my young sister and I make a pet of mi-, too. I like animals. I especially like dogs and cats. (259 words)
